All products sold through The Hidden Atlas are digital files (e-books, spreadsheets, travel planners). Because digital files can be copied and retained once downloaded, I am unable to offer refunds once a file has been accessed or downloaded.
This is consistent with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, which provides that consumers lose the right of withdrawal for digital content once the download has begun with their consent.
